Shipping Regions

We currently ship exclusively to countries within Europe. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside of Europe at this time.

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped via DHL or Depost, depending on your location and selected delivery option. You will be notified of the carrier once your order has been dispatched.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-volume periods (e.g., promotions, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country:

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders (check our homepage or promotions for updates).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment via the selected carrier.

Customs and Import Duties

Orders within the European Union (EU) are not subject to customs duties. For non-EU European countries, import duties, taxes, or charges may apply. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
